What time do I have to check out? Can I leave my luggage somewhere after checkout? Checkout is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. For special requests, please contact us before your stay: subject to availability, we try to accommodate a late checkout.

What payment methods do you accept? Is a deposit required? We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and cash. Direct bookings generally require a deposit to confirm, with the balance due upon check-in or as agreed upon.

Can I change or cancel my reservation? Yes, changes and cancellations are possible within the terms indicated at the time of booking. The exact conditions are communicated at the time of confirmation and vary based on the rate chosen.

How many guests can stay in each apartment? Each apartment can accommodate up to 5 people, for a total capacity of 10 beds. The bed configurations allow for accommodations tailored to couples, families, groups of friends, or small work teams.

What services and amenities are included in the stay? All apartments are equipped with free high-speed Wi-Fi, hot/cold air conditioning, a television, bed linens and towels provided upon arrival, complimentary toiletries, and final cleaning included.

Is breakfast included in the price of the stay? Dimore Altea is a guesthouse and does not offer the structured breakfast service typical of bed and breakfasts. However, upon arrival, you will find a welcome kit with selected packaged products from the Puglia region.

Are the apartments suitable for families with children? Yes, Dimore Altea apartments are perfect for family stays. The spacious rooms, functional layout, and the ability to accommodate up to 5 people in each unit make the property an ideal choice for parents traveling with children.
